Yuri's is expecting intercession on behalf of Vincent and violence from Mithos' direction, but not intercession in their relationship! If someone tries it Yuri will be pretty surprised and his foot would go down pretty firmly. As for Vincent and violence... it would depend on how it was played out. Internally, he would not be in favor of it because it's basically treating Vincent like a second class citizen, even if he DOES deserve it. But he knows he only feels that way because he's emotionally invested, so it's probably his sense of civic duty will win out.
