HE LIKED THE FOOD once he sort of got over himself enough to eat it. For Flynn he had kind of dismissed Yuri before the whole encounter because of the fact that Yuri lied to Flynn about Vincent hurting him! Which spoke a lot to how much Yuri trusts Flynn to handle that whole situation, etc. But basically, because of that he was super surprised that Yuri even stopped by. It was kind of touching and he was hoping that it miight be a turning point but since there were already trust issues afoot Flynn didn't really want to dance around the issue of what he was doing the quest for. However, in his eyes he doesn't see the door as punishment but rather as protection so he got really worked up by Yuri trying to turn it into a means to punish himself. All in all Flynn still thinks that Yuri is a good person, and a good knight in Aather! He firmly believes that the door should not be used for people like Yuri because Yuri has never proved to be a danger to (innocent) people in Flynn's eyes.

Flynn sort of recognized that he was letting himself get worked up about justice issues and that it wasn't exactly helping the situation so he just shut up. Mostly he feels like he misstepped in a bad way. He sort of recognizes that it's not his place to try to help Yuri with anything that's going on in his personal life if Yuri isn't inviting it (and Yuri is definitely not inviting that).

So mostly it just frustrated him more. He's really worried about Yuri but for now he's just going to keep maintaining his distance. And get about a million more quests.
