Not a TON but the more and more Yuri examines and admits to his own desires and wants the more he will give into the urge to eat sweets. :x

Will Vincent notice this?

If Vincent kisses him and he tastes of strawberries or custard . . . Actually, if sugar from the Onyx kitchen goes heavily missing, he will notice, because he puts it in his tea . . .

So, parfaits and what else? Full on-cakes or cupcakes?

Yuri's favorites are crepes and parfaits and fruit salad. Things with a lot of fruit as opposed to things with a lot of say, chocolate. More likely to eat the batter than bake the cake!

Is Vincent expecting backlash? Not form, Yuri, form the people around Yuri. If so, feelings on that.

Let's see . . . No, not terribly! The situation with Turq set him up to expect that sort of reaction in all cases, though not necessarily so soon . . . So, he won't be surprised if there is, as if he ever would be, but he doesn't expect it, either. Also, Vincent knows that Chariot won't interfere with the situation, because he is long past the point of being able to intercede with the ability to do anything.

If someone does, Vincent may oppose them! Just as Vincent laughed off those that have tried to draw a line between Vincent and Yuri before, he will not be willing to let others have their say in the situation. He's more than emotionally competent enough to know that if Yuri doesn't decide on the matter for himself, then he will be screwed from here on out. On the flipside, it really is a question if he wants to put Yuri's mental health on that much priority . . . I mean, you can't trust Vincent to know what's best for anyone in any given situation. Just ask Gilbert and Leo.

Yuri's is expecting intercession on behalf of Vincent and violence from Mithos' direction, but not intercession in their relationship! If someone tries it Yuri will be pretty surprised and his foot would go down pretty firmly. As for Vincent and violence... it would depend on how it was played out. Internally, he would not be in favor of it because it's basically treating Vincent like a second class citizen, even if he DOES deserve it. But he knows he only feels that way because he's emotionally invested, so it's probably his sense of civic duty will win out.
