OKAY SO LIKE at first Kazu just thought Konatsu was a snooty bitch. Very classic delinquent/honor student type of relationship. His impression of Konatsu was not improved when Shuri told him that fellatio was something weird, because he figured out what fellatio was all by himself he thinks fellatio is the greatest thing ever because his team has the best fellatio!!11 (sob) But Shuri said that Konatsu was really important to him, and Kazu luv Shuri, so he wanted to give Konatsu another chance. And now that his belief that Konatsu was just cranky because he liked someone has been validated, Konatsu is totally in his broscope for future broing. Kazu totally wants Konatsu to know that he is THERE FOR HIM through this confusing and uncertain time.

Yuri definitely got the impression that Konatsu wasa good kid,but kind of repressed and formal, which makes him lol. He will lol more once he gets back memories of his BFF Flynn, because Flynn is also blond and repressed and formal. Plans to troll eventually.

Konatsu like . . . he does like Turn in that way where he sort of likes him despite himself. TURN REMINDS HIM OF SHURI. Super honest and innocent and oblivious and coming to all the wrong conclusions. Konatsu is really bad at dealing with that type. But at the same time, he appreciates their honesty and he sort of sees in them something that he wishes he had himself, innocent happiness and spontaneity! So he feels bad for being rude to Turn in the past and he does like him, even though he's like. God. I am not telling you who I like I BARELY KNOW YOU FFFF! GET OUT! But Konatsu is topped by Kazu-type people so yeah. He does like him and he doesn't consider them friends yet but that's a thing that could/will happen with more interaction. OH CARNELIAN.

He likes Yuri too in a much more straightforward way! Yuri seems like a good and intelligent guy, someone sane to talk to. He will not be expecting Yuri to troll him so that will be hilarious when it happens because he'll be like yjyhnj why does everyone do this to meeeeee :'D

Yuri on Chariot and Turn on Chariot and Dusk?!

Chariot is Yuri's favorite person in Aather right now, hands down. They have a good time when they hang out, and Yuri really appreciates that Chariot can give as good as he gets, and the fact that they can just /casual casual at each other ALL DAY and it's never fake or strained. Now that Yuri is forming Opinions about Aather and he'll look to Chariot to talk them out with, and probably respect his opinion above all the other knights. There's also a piece of Yuri that subliminally appreciates the fact that Chariot's on the underdog team, and prop for that.

Turn forgives Chariot for the frog incident and basically thinks he's a decent guy, but has ABSOLUTELY NO FAITH in his skills. He probably forgets Chariot is a knight all the time... but other than that he has positive feelings toward Chariot and actually prefers having Chariot with them in games to most other knights.

If Kazu knew how to think in hormones, he would think Asch was cute. As it is, he thinks Asch is a really decent guy, and Kazu reeally likes hanging out with him when he needs a dose of NORMAL. It's nice to have someone he can kind of indulge his calmer, more serious side with and not have to be so SHOUNEN!!11 If Kazu had to pick a team he would trust to have his back, Tiger's Eye would be his top choice just because of Asch.

Chariot -> Yuri: Yuri is another one of his Sterling bros. He genuinely likes joking around with him all the time and the fact that Yuri doesn't give him WEIRD LOOKS when he is being dumb and klutzy is something he really appreciates whenever he gets it. They also have this super vague teasing/flirting thing going on that is fun for Chariot, so Yuri is definitely someone he'll bother on a regular basis.

Chariot -> Turn: Nice kid! This last game he played in with Citrine really gave him a strong positive impression of Turn as a guy who can Handle His Shit, so he does earn some extra maturity points for that. Overall though, he's a good kid and Citrine itself seems like a fun team to have games with, so plus points to both of them.

Dusk -> Turn: He doesn't regard them as close friends, but he does recognize them as friends! At least, Turn is someone he can talk with comfortably about general things, though when it comes to anything remotely related to dating he takes... most of what Turn tells him with a grain of salt.
There is a liiiittle jealousy re: Turn dating Guy, but for the most part Dusk... is unsure WHY he's a little jealous over that because he doesn't want to date Guy. The fact has made him a lot more aware of dating and relationships in general, though not in relation to himself, so I imagine if/when he DOES have issues beginning to arise he may actually. Seek Turn out since clearly Turn has experience.

Kazu has discovered that dating Guy is a lot easier than thinking about dating Guy but it is still a liittle confusing and nervewracking. Like if someone were to ask him if Guy was his boyfriend he would be like "I... think so?" but if someone were to ask him if he loved Guy it would be a million times yes forever without hesitation. Everything about Guy just makes him so stupidly happy and it's sappy and awful but the more he finds out about Guy the more he loves him. Dating Guy makes him want to be a better, stronger person more than ever so Guy can rely on him. It still kind of baffles him that Guy finds him physically attractive but... well he can learn to live with it.

Who is Chariot interested in besides Yuri?

I am going to be dirty and assume you mean interested in a 'I wonder what the inside of your pants looks like' kind of way.

On some level, he's thought a lot of the people he's talked with are good-looking, but in terms of attraction he's been attracted to Yuri and Zack, mainly because they're the only two he's half-flirted with and gotten something back. Everyone else has been more of a friendly thing, so he's never really thought any further than that about them.

So Yuri are all your hormones still in place, have they been activated yet?

SORT... OF. They might need a gentle nudge. Yuri tends to flirt with zero expectation of that flirting going anywhere. until it's like OH... you were serious. Well okay then. He can be a little dense with things like that, but not nearly as bad as Kazu. He won't act without a clear demonstration of interest, but he's not hard to be clear with. He miiight resist a little bit because Yuri has this THING where he's like, I'm not the kind of person you want to be hanging around like that. I don't think he's told Dino he's been in jail yet but if they start going places, he probably will as a precautionary "I might not be a great person." kind of thing.

Tell me about Asch's love life~ now that he's getting some.

god 'it's complicated' is the super easy way of putting it, but essentially there are... 5 people involved? In Dusk's vague love life... thing.

FIRST IS DAWN who Dusk still heavily regards as his brother and as his Most Important Person. He's made out with him while drunk, then did a kind of test-make-out when he was sober and they both decided that they liked/were okay with kissing each other. They haven't done anything since then because they're too busy having Feelings all over each other every time they talk, but it is something that is. There. But for them it's a lot more of a super complex dependency thing rather than a romance/sex/whatever else thing, so it's... love in a complicated way. They're not dating, they're not in love in a conventional sense, but Dawn is a factor in Dusk's love life that isn't ever going to go away, so it's worth mentioning.

SECOND is now Konatsu, who is also complicated but is close to being Dusk's best friend with newly added benefits or. Something. With their last thread, Dusk was able to openly admit to both himself and Konatsu that he's come to be really emotionally dependent on him. He honestly can't imagine finding someone else he can be so open with because Konatsu gets him in ways that no one else has. They share a lot of the same problems and kind of herd each other in the right direction. He likes Konatsu, definitely, and he's dependent on him which puts him at a way greater position then just dating him ever would, but he's not sure if he's in love with him like he expected himself to be whenever he got anywhere close to dating. Kissing Konatsu confirmed that he was/is attracted to him though... and kind of woke up some hormones... so right now Dusk is just going to. Go with this and figure things out with Konatsu as they go. They're not QUITE dating, because they're both very much aware that dating means exclusivity and Dusk at least can't promise that so long as he is having a thing with Dawn, but they are... going to be open, at least, with the concept of being physically attracted to each other. ... god did this paragraph even make sense.

THIRD still has that mild unrecognized crush on Guy, still not going to do anything about it ever because Guy's dating Turn and that's making them both happy and more than anything he wants to see Guy happy. Also does not actually want to date him, he is just being kind of five and Fabre and likes having Guy's attention. Relationship is more a huge dependency thing, like with Dawn and Konatsu, but without the admittance to any physical attraction.

FOURTH is Natalia, which is... mostly full of confusing even though she's not an active part in his love/dating life here at the moment. He remembers being engaged to her, and remembers favoring her, but he hasn't... quite remembered being in love with her? Like, the promise to protect Kimlasca is a big part of this but he hasn't gotten that one back yet. Just smaller ones where he treats her nicer than everyone else. Here though, he does care for her both as a person and as someone from his past life, but he hasn't developed/remembered that emotional attachment to her that he had in canon so his relationship to her hasn't developed past a kind of warm friendship. I am planning to buffer Dusk's registry with more Natalia memories though, so when he starts getting those back things will be Super Complicated for him.

FIFTH this has kind of been sitting on the backburner because we haven't been threading as much recently, but Dusk still does have a thing for Silk Cat/Marie. She's very much his 'ideal woman' and she's always been very supportive whenever they've talked, so it's very much a dumb crush sort of thing in which he just enjoys talking to her about small, pointless things. He doesn't have an emotional dependency on her though, which is why he's been okay with not speaking with her as often, but he does like her! ... this is sadly the closest thing Dusk has to a normal love life.

first impressions! (?!?!)

First impression: LOVABLY SKETCHY (???) OLD GUY. Actually, pretty close to how he felt about Raven when he first met him, in game without the part where Raven annoys him with his sketchy antics. More neutral than positive.

AND THEN THAT MEMORY HAPPENED AND... it honestly kind of freaked Yuri out, not that he would ever ever let on about it. The part where Raven betrays him somehow is actually kind of whatever; they clearly made amends, so Yuri isn't worried about that. What really threw him was the strength of his own emotion. Yuri isn't someone who jumps at the chance for intimacy, and he likes to play it like he can roll with anything (which is true (98% of the time) so seeing himself that pissed off was reeally startling and he knows he wouldn't have gotten like that if Raven didn't mean something to him. He just... has no idea what that something is so he has all the responsibility and none of the emotional context and it's kind of too much too soon and Yuri is very /unsure but it's more along the lines of WHY are you okay with handing your life over to me.

Reverse~

SO BEFORE TAKING THAT MEMORY Raven was kind of... not planning on telling Yuri things, mostly. He remembered Yuri yelling at him to not just lay down and die at Baction ("Even if all your travels with us were just some joke to you..."), and then holding up the cave-in , and that was clearly really important to him, but he didn't know what happened before that (the betrayal) or after (the fact that he actually survived) or... why he was that suicidal in the first place, so he had very little context for that memory. And in his more recently-acquired memories he was coming to terms with the fact that he apparently had this whole identity as Schwann that he was hiding from Yuri and the rest of the party for some reason! So while it was nice to have Yuri show up, it... put him on the defensive more than he had been since he'd been in aather, because here is a person he has been keeping all these secrets from and he doesn't really know why. So he wasn't really planning on mentioning his blastia or the fact that he's Schwann to Yuri at all, even though he's mentioned both of those things to other people, occasionally even people he doesn't know that well.

HOWEVER then he got that memory and it answered a lot of questions! I could talk about it for a long time, but most importantly for this relationship meme it showed that he trusted Yuri enough to put his life in his hands. And let him feel the amount of emotion he has tied up with Yuri and the rest of them. And more mundanely it let him know that the air was cleared with Yuri at some point, so he could feel better about revealing his secrets since Yuri would remember them eventually! He was still very unsure about sharing the memory with Yuri when Yuri remembers almost nothing about him, and he probably wouldn't have said much if the memory wasn't easily sharable. But he also feels weird about having the advantage over Yuri in terms of memories, and clearly withholding information from him was a big part of the issue before, so. Yes.

In general Raven prefers people he trusts having authority over him to making choices for himself, so having Yuri here and aware of what happened to some extent makes him feel better, even if it's a weird situation and neither of them remember it fully. Although he's not as dependent on that fact as he might be, since he doesn't have any of his really negative memories yet and thus isn't actually self-destructive at the moment. XD So mostly Yuri's presence is just... kind of comforting. In a strange way.

Um, QUESTIONS. What memory(/ies) do you think it would be fun for Yuri to get back next? Or are there any you don't want for a while?

I...DK. I had the memory he just got locked for a long time because I didn't want to give him that resolution too early; I've also had his horrible death memory locked because I would like to not send him into a 10-year depression if I can help it. But I think he's in a good place for pretty much any of his memories right now! I am not sure where he will go from here. Although I probably need to update his registry with more post-Heracles memories because I think it only has like one right now. I guess I probably don't want his Schwann boss battle memory for a bit because that would clarify too many things, and also I kind of enjoy his lack of much Schwann/Raven dissonance at the moment. The main thing I would really like is for him to get his Raven-accent skill, partly because I keep almost slipping up and dropping his Gs and stuff, but mostly because I think it would be fun to play him slipping in and out of it as he fails to distinguish "Raven" as a different persona as much as he does in the game. :B

First impressions for Yuri on Silver, if he has any? :B

Yuri thinks Silver is cute in a non-condescending/nonsexual kind of way! He respects the fact that he's got a good head on his shoulders and has practical concerns on his mind, but thinks he could probably stand to loosen up a little. Would like to spend more time with him and Onyx in general since he has a vague impression that Onyx is the underdog team and Yuri does love him some underdogs.

Silver's first impressions of Yuri are pretty positive! Basically, Yuri has a few things going for him right off the bat: he came up with a very helpful quest despite being new, he's interested in the whole Maleficent/Beauty thing, and he obviously gets along well with Chariot. All of these are definite pluses in Silver's book. … though if Yuri and Chariot do their vaguely flirting thing in front of him, he's going to get super embarrassed and maybe a little jealous… BUT ANYWAY, he thinks Yuri's pretty easy to talk to and would definitely like to do it again!

So what are Yuri's thoughts on the whole Sterling/Onyx thing?

When Sterling/Onyx was first explained to him he pretty much thought it was two good to be true--two opposite colored teams of knights run by two feuding Persona, and they're totally chill with each other? Suuure. Now that he's seen them in action, he does believe that as far as the knights are concerned everyone is friends an rainbows, which is cool, but he has misgivings on how long that's gonna last. He definitely sees Onyx as sort of the underdog team, but so far everyone on Sterling he's met is really great. he's pretty sure that if there IS going to be a rift, it's going to be all on the Personae.

What does Silver think about the teams and his responsibilities to them? And about having to put his own desires on the backburner during games?

First impressions on Nat?

Right now he doesn't have a STRONG impression of Natalia, but to him she seems like a solid girl with a lot of energy. Neutral positive, definitely. He'll probably talk to her in the future about her being a princess, but it interests him how someone natalia's age would have handled the roll--he gets the impression she isn't the type to lay back and enjoy the spoils of nobility which is major bonus points.

First impressions on Hermana?

Yuri thinks Hermana is PRETTY GREAT: unpretentious girl with all the right priorities (food and fighting). Definitely wants to bro with her more, and he will totally let her top him into cooking for her ~~all the time~~ sometimes, but less because she's young and more because he appreciates the fact that she seems to have a good head on her shoulders and knows what she wants.

PRETTY MUCH THE SAME! She thinks his priorities are in the right place; helping the teams (Hermana's BIGGEST THING at the moment), being friends with Onyx apparently (THEY ARE THE BEST!), FOOD!, etc. And ♥ cooking ♥. She thinks his shirt is a little weird, but, whatever, he cooks and is nice. |D A++ would join party at least temporarily.
