Vincent will cue off Yuri. So, if he isn't going to talk about it, then neither will Vincent. It keeps affairs really neat and clean, since it doesn't serve his purposes to have this relationship any more entangled than it is.
Also, Yuri somehow got fringe benefits from Vincent sleeping with Gilbert. So, that remains to be hilarious to me.
